At Hyp3D, every product is made with care, precision, and creativity.
Because most of our items are custom-made or 3D printed to order, we kindly ask our customers to review this refund policy before purchasing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom 3D prints, masks, props, and personalized designs are produced specifically for each client.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
​
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations
​
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
Once printing or preparation starts, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues
​
Hyp3D is not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.
However, we’ll do our best to help track your package and find a solution.
